About Shipping

 

  • How long does it take before my orders arrive?
  • Usually, it takes within 2-3 weeks to receive your items after order has been processed. But it can be earlier than 5 days depending on your location. Please do give an allowance for order processing time too. 

     

  • Do you ship worldwide? How much is the shipping rate?
  • Yes, we do ship worldwide. Shipping rate is calculated based on your location and where your item/s will be shipped from. Total shipping fee will be reflected when you checkout. 

     

  • Are there taxes I need to pay for?
  • Due to custom laws, we are required to declare the full value or your item/s during transit and tax charges may apply depending on your country. We are not in full control over these charges and how much it will cost since custom policies differ from each country.

  • How do I make an order? 
  • Ordering your choice item is easy!

    1. Open the our website, browse through our collections and click on the item you wish to purchase.
    2. Select the colors, sizes, bundles, etc. (if applicable) and fill your cart as you wish then proceed to checkout
    3. You will be directed to the Shopping Cart summary on the right side of your screen, in which you can choose to continue scrolling on for more items or to proceed to check out.
    4. Fill in the required details and information. Always double check every detail especially your mailing address and phone number so it will be easier to locate you and deliver your item.
    5. Proceed with your payment using your PayPal balance or credit/debit card. Always check and confirm payments details after filling in.
    6. Click on “Complete Order” to process your order. You will then be directed to your order status stage. Save, bookmark, or copy these details to keep track of your order. 

     

  • How do I pay? 
  • We’re currently accepting payments using PayPal accounts and major credit/debit cards.Rest assured your payment details will be safe and secured with our PCI-compliant payment gateways.

     

  • Do you have product warranties?
  • We have a “no-questions-asked” return policy of 30 days.If you received a defective item, do send us an email immediately at hello@mellowgal.com.

  • Yes, we do! Make sure to subscribe to our newsletter HERE so you can always be updated with our latest promos and discounts!

     

  • The size or color I want is no longer available. When will you restock?
  • We offer a selection of products from various merchants around the globe and restocking may also depend on each merchant so there is no specific schedule when your item will be available again. However, you can always send us an email anytime if the product you wish to buy is out of stock and we’ll let you know once it’s available again!
