Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, that's why we are offering you a return policy that lasts for up to 30 days! You can return a defective item within a span of 30 days right after receiving it and we will gladly offer you a refund or replacement.
Please make sure the product is unused and in the exact same condition when you received it, with tags intact. Items that have been purchased through other retailers, incorrect items purchased, items in fully good condition, or items damaged through customer mishandling are considered non-returnable/non-refundable items.
In cases of damaged or broken items while in transit, please send us an email with proof (attached pictures/videos) to firstname.lastname@example.org once you have received your order.
Proof of the damage in videos / images is required in every return transaction. These proofs will be used to assess damage accordingly and provide you with the relevant options available for you. Most of the time, we will provide you with a replacement of the damaged product/s.
If the product is in an unacceptable condition, we reserve the right not to refund or replace the product and we will require a proof of purchase or receipt to determine if your item is valid for a refund or replacement.

Kindly take note that you will have to bear all costs of returns and that you will need to provide us a tracking number for the returned shipment. We shall not be held responsible for any parcel missing en-route to us if there is no tracking available for the parcel.
After the item has been returned and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you regarding the status of your returned item. You will then be informed if your item will be replaced or refunded. If you are entitled for a refund, we will send you an email about your refund status and details.
Once refund is approved and processed, the credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (the credit card or Paypal account you used to purchase the item). Each refund will usually take a couple of business days but might differ depending on your payment merchant.
Late or Missing Refunds
If a refund has not been credited yet after a week that we have confirmed, please check your account again. Contact your credit card company and bank if status is still the same. If you still have not received your refund after doing so, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will try to process it with your payment merchant as soon as possible.
You may cancel your purchase within 24 hours, and we will provide an unconditional refund immediately. When a day has already passed, you will have to wait for your item to arrive before you can return it to us.
